Established in 1958

 Founded by an engineer from one of the large mining companies. ​
PPC was originally located at the Colonnade Building in Stow. 
Operations focused on replacement parts for pneumatic rock drills. 

The move to manufacturing

Pneumatic Parts Company relocated to Tallmadge, Ohio.
Machines were added to produce parts in-house.
​ Hydraulic drills and construction equipment were added to the product line. Sprockets, gears, bearings and bushings were available to our customers.

PPC becomes our family business​ in 1974

After several years of working at Pneumatic Parts, Steve and Liz decide to take over the business. They hired family and friends to expand production. Gear cutters and broaches were added. The building size doubled and received a face lift.

  In 1978, CNC machining centers made more complex work possible. With CAD/CAM  software, prototyping and small runs became more efficient. 

In 1987, a 10000 sq. ft. facility was completed in Stow, Ohio.
Updates including CNC grinding and Wire EDM add to our in-house capabilities.  

Pneumatic Parts Company remains family owned and operated.
    We continue to offer quality products Made in the USA.
